Xingu guys......

My xingu from monster will slam full frozen cubes of bloodworms. He likes them so much that he will fly out of the water to get one. He wont touch any shrimp or pellets though. Which is weird because every other fish..including 4 other bass go crazy for completely shrimp.

My xingus are pellet train and hut the food hard. They are close to 6". Got the from a lfs just outside of Toronto.

Got mine to take few blood worms and a minow last night. Didnt go after it though just kinda waited til it swam past him

Hah,mine acts the same way.Between the young kels and xingu this is a real whimpy bunch of fish we have on our hands lol.

100% my kels are like oh we starved for week and a half but we arent really that hungry. My orinos and intermedia are going nuts begging every morning and night

Yeah my kels the same, Xingu the same. My intermedias, azul, brokopondo all pigs. An hour will pass and they are begging.

I keep hoping that with the other 5 bass smashing pellets the other 7 will figure it out in the xingu community setup.

How I did mine was live guppies to dead. Then food sticks. Pretty easy.

My Xingu has the slowest growth rate of all my bass and is staying relatively small while everyone around him gets bigger. He was once the biggest bass and is now the smallest. My guess is his appetite isn't there either
