Thanks!!!! I did get some females....3. Good, I am even happier about my find now!!!! I may even go tomorrow and see if they have any left and buy all of them. It has been a week though so we'll see...

You never know. It would be worth a shot.

No. I decided not too. My tank space is very limited at the moment. I'm working on a 860 gallon acrylic hex tank instead.

Darn it, you should've gotten it, and then sold them to me.
But I'll let you know if I get kyoga flamebacks from a guy.

No problem, glad to help. You are very lucky, if I had a lfs stocking kyoga flamebacks, they would all be gone. :D Get some and then sell them to me. :naughty:
Take some pics when your male or males is fired up. ;)
Here's a link to a forum showing how red they get when breeding.

Yeah well the old lady(soon to be ex):) flipped when I told her about them after I bid. My bid wasn't high enough so I just let them go. I guess it's time to find a girl that can actually appreciate fish.

Sorry about that bro, hope you're alright. Well, good luck on finding a girl who actually appreciates fish, they are major RARE I tell you!

The LFS said they actually got them because someone requested them...I don't think that person ever showed up.:naughty: I am going to try and breed them. If I am succesful I will definitely send some your way. As I said I hope the LFS still has some because I will buy the rest of them. Right now I have 1 male and 3 females.

That's just sweet man! Your lfs is the bomb. Lol. Send me some fry seriosuly when they breed, Have you seen the link I posted? I was getting some kyoga flamebacks just recently but shipping lost them. There is a chance that I might get some too, so wish me luck. :D

Just checked out the link...AWESOME!!! I think I got an even better find them I originally thought. Aren't the Flamebacks even harder to find then the Fulu's?

I'm not really sure, but both are very hard to find. Alot of the Xystichromis species are very rare and hard to obtain. You are one lucky fella.
