I have, at different stages of my life, been both a renter and a landlord...and I have absolutely zero interest in being either one ever again. They are two very distinctly different but nevertheless similar PITA's.

Only the countries with a sufficiently high GDP. Everywhere else we will build walls and start wars.

Isn't that goal of the United Nations?

i.e. to make sure that everyone shares an equally good standard of living...most easily accomplished by lowering the standard of living for those who already have a decent one...
