That sucks! Don't give up though. I once lost a tank of fish including a 2' snakehead when my mom decided to shampoo the rugs in my room. At least that is what we think caused it since they were fine before that. It did take a while for me to get back into it again but i did. Anyway, good luck.

thanks everyone for all the condolences! Sorry i didnt reply earlier (had no keyboard on my computer for about a week).I saw a nice silver at my lfs today,and was tempted but nah...im gonna wait a while till i get another.
