They are wild animals just tring to survive. Even if there wasnt monitors why would someone leave a small and vulnerable dog alone in say a patio. In that cir****ances if we think about it just about anithing can happen. From hawks to racoons, many animals can easily take down a small dog. Now for them being agressive,have you been able to pet your neigbors cat or even dog lately? well if you have, Im not ,they hate me with a passion. Any animal can be agressive if cornered. What must remain at all costs is comon sense.
