Fishes temporary home. Inflatable pool 10'x6'×22". So far no losses, which is another blessing.

You're so lucky you have overflows in the corners, my tank would of leaked 300 gallons for sure.

when you use the acrylic weldon/cement make sure you use a syringe to apply between
the seams to get a good strong bond between the acrylic and make sure its 100% dry or
else it will split again in the future. safest way is to apply the acrylic weldon/cement with the
syringe between the seams then weldon/cement a piece of acrylic triangular rod on the inside
for additional support/strength. good luck to you.

Thanks guys. I met with the builder this AM and did the repair as recommended. Didn't do a perfect job unfortunately, but did a test job about 2 hrs ago and it held water. Drained and dried it and applied a thick bead up and down corner. I'll let it cure for 24hrs and then I'm going to try a longer test fill.
 
Really, a slow drip? It sounded like you were on the right track with the previous water test. Do you make sure to get between the seams?
