sweet good news, ok was geting worried. hard to tell with out being there. what u can do is buy air bubbler that have a battery back up. these are a must with rays in case emergency. if power goes out or i even use mine when picking up rays on long drives, u can bubble the bin there in. its a must have imo

It is the most important $30 investment a fish keeper can make

:iagree: get at least a cheap one for now. with rays especially water is usually checked offten. water can change fast especially bc so many water changes are need with rays. the ammount of food they eat an how much they poop. an how sensitive they are to even small changes in water.
 
Way to GO! I knew you could do it. I am crossing my fingers that hes going to just keep getting better and better! I think the rays that survive things like this get to be the strongest ones out there. If your a little short on cash or dont want to buy a whole new big test kit I would grab the 5 test test strips. I know some people on here dont favor them but in a pinch they will give you an idea if something is off the charts. I use them for all my tanks if I'm in a hurry or am out of something in the big kit. At least they can give you an idea... :)

well iam confused hes refused food so far today on the black worms, so idk i will keep trying to feed him tho, ya i just have to go to storage and get my test kit, i have a feeling its there, if i can't find it i will buy a new one tomorrow, if u look at his tale, its nice a fat still and no pelvic bone is showing, so he has to be eating something, what hes eating i don't know cause i saw him eat last night for sure, but his ribs are showing, and the dent on his head is still there but its hard to see, ive tried to feed him twice today and both times hes refused it, i just hope for the best and we will see if he eats again today maybe later on tonight he will eat, i was told to try crayfish the babies, but to ask if its in his diet cause the person who said to try that owns atlantic ray, but he wanted me to make sure it was in the moto diet before i tried it
 
well hes doing alot better now, hes eating really good, he even tried to eat some shrimp last night but hes still to weak, but the black worms hes eating without any prob, plus his wound is healing awesome too

and whats weird is the other side is bare bottom but he likes being on the rocks, he doesn't even go to the other side might be cause that side is the side i feed him at
