Tonight's: when you want to make a stirfry, and realise the only salmon in the house belongs to the fish... it would be fine, except it's mixed with fish head... the fish definitely eats better than me....

When you have a planned water change. You get home from work and you fiancé desides to take a Hott shower and give your daughter a bath. She knew I had to do it too. It's 20 degrees out and well be out of Hott water for a good hour or two running right into feeding and lights out time. Now I have to wait until tomorrow. I GET PISSED. She's been home sense 9 am :/. Sorry that was more of a rant.

When you are at the Baltimore aquarium and the crowd you generate while being a nerd is so large describing the fish and their habits. The aquarium workers ask if you work there and are giving a presentation they didn't know about..... True story. And they stayed and listened as I answered questions from the crowd.
My kids were like " Daddy you should get a job here". I was so proud... My wife was so embarrassed.
