dumbest thing i have ever done with fish... had to be buy a 29 gallon tank. i should have went straight to 150 gallon

I shouldn't have bought my 20(upgraded to a 75 in 4 months). A 125 would have also been smarter than my 75. Always seems like there are fish that I can't keep. A 600 gal stock pond would solve most of that, if it wasn't for the fact that I can't fit one through the door to my basement. stock ponds are sure cheaper than aquariums.

biggest mistake was in October 2006 when I had set up the 125 I still have, and added in a Satanoperca with only a week of quarantine, and then a few months later found out I had Camallanus in the tank. It took me months to feel safe about the health of the fish for a very long time after that

They have to be right don't they?
I used to work at a chain pet store in the fish department, my manager was awesome, he made sure we know what we were talking about when we sold people fish. So many times people would want oscars in a 10 gallon, we always said no, can't sell that to you. Wish there were more managers like that...
Not to mention he always ordered in some odd/rarer fish.

Ohh btw, are those fish still alive? The jewels and the pleco?
