just like it is stated above, are you guys happy with your current tank setup?do you often rearrange things in your tank?hv you guys come to a state where you're finally happy with your setup?

as for my experience, I've spent lots of cash trying to decorate my tank on the beginning, but I ended up with a bare bottom tank that I'm finally happy with it.

I started the same way, and ended up in the same place. I will never go back......
unless its and full planted setup. That's only when I give up ]v[onsters.

I'M NOT NO........

i think i'll just go with black background, sand substrate and a piece of bogwood in the centre untill the fish will benefit from more swimming space....

simple is better!!!!!!!

simple is always better, and I'm trying to keep it that way, if I could have a 1000g tank I would still keep it bare bottom.

You sound similar to me, I've went to alot of expense buying wood, rocks and stuff to find that I prefer most of it out. However, since I keep 14 clowns I do need some hiding places in the tank so I have kept a tunnel and some rocks in, but its essentially just that and gravel, see my thread in my signature, it's changed from the first page.

It just depends on what type of fish I have at the moment and trying to create an environment that would suit the fish. So I'm basically satisfied till I get a new fish.......

Overall I really like the way my 75 has turned out. If I was staying with that tank I don't think I would change anything. However I am (still) in the process of getting my 220 together and set up. We will have to see how that turns out.....
