Of coarse i am an old dude but it seems more and more trust is to be earned for sure ...Oh and of coarse bacon is a very tasty pork product one of my favorites....
I used to trust everyone til they gave you a reason. We'll when you do that you get burned alot by dishonest people. Latest case. Bought a 180 acrylic from some guy a few weeks ago. Was told it holds water no problems blah blah blah. I thought it looked ok, but didn't see some of the issues til I got it home. Part of it is my fault, but the guy admits that he wasn't honest about it. I'm tempted to dump the tank and stand in his driveway. There are other things like people who panhandle. One time I was taking my MIL grocery shopping and I happen to get done before her so I was waiting in my car. I watched this guy ask people for money for the bus. When someone finally got money for the bus and I know it was enough I thought ok he'll go catch the bus. Nope he kept begging for money. I do not know what he was using it for but I've had instances where people want food and I've given them money and they want me to buy food with it for them. Guess someone has told them that they weren't using the money on food. IDK. I have a homeless guy in my neighborhood who rides on his trike with his one eyed dog in the basket and I give him money all the time cause I know he's going to buy food for him and his dog. I've talked to him quite a few times. Nice guy.

As some one above me mentioned, you can just tell... and after dealing with shifty people for may years, i've become quite good at telling who i can and cannot trust...
