Chix, I can get 8" to13" Blue cats too. Smaller ones than that in June or July depending on how fast it gets warm. Same exact thing with Flatheads also. Man , they are as mean as a black devil cat though. Seriously!!!

I love my synos (never got them ided, but there's a syno eupterus, another one I think is eupterus, and a last one.) I like them all equaly, and their number 1.

(im not counting plecos)

2. Cephalosilurus Apurensis or gulpers.
3. Wyckii.
4. Red Tail catfish, and then i'd need a huge pond for it.
5. Maybe irwini catfish, not sure tho.

5. Striped Raphael Catfish

4. Goonch (Bagarius yarrelli)

3. Channel Catfish (Blue Channel Catfish, Albino Channel Catfish)

2. Giant Raphael Catfish (Irwini Catfish)

1. Achara Catfish (sailfin pim.)

Well according to me the best catfish are
1)red tailed catfish
2) tiger shovel nose
3) hybrid between rtc and shovel nose is pretty sexy
4)sun catfish
5)albino walking catfish
