Over the course of the last week or so I have noticed my female black diamond has become more and more lethargic. She still eats, but no where close to how she used to. She is currently around 10" and up to this last week she could eat a full shrimp like it was no ones business. She would aggressively attack the tongs when I would feed her. Now she is eating maybe 1/3 to a 1/2 a shrimp twice a day, so she is still eating a decent amount, but she is not eating with the aggression she once had. My water parameters are great so I am not worried about that. I have a male BD/P-14 in with her and he is acting like normal, eating as much as I can possibly give him. The have not seen any aggression towards the female either. There are no scrapes or bites or anything on her. Outside of her lack of aggressive feeding, she is behaving somewhat normal, although I have noticed that she has been burying herself under the sand more than normal and she doesn't appear to be sifting through the sand looking for food as much. This could be me being a little paranoid though. Have any of you guys experienced this type of behavior? Is it normal? Any advice as to what I can do to snap her back to her normal self?
