I cut my hand pretty badly on a sharp edge of my acrylic overflow box. I didn't realize how bad it was until I was done cleaning the tank. Maybe 20 mins of moving my hand around the tank. Well after I was done I kinda washed it off in warm water and assumed it would be fine. It wound up with a nasty infection that was 100% fish tank related.
