Hendo is injured and Jon Jones turned down the replacement fight with Chael Sonnen, so they had to scrap the entire UFC 151 event. First time in history they had to cancel an entire event like this a week out.

lol, i think we had the same thought process

at first i was like, no way, you don't earn title shots with your mouth!

but then after it sunk in i thought, hold on,.... you turn down the fight, you kill the event, there are soooooo many people affected. the event is bigger than you. all the people who trained for 8 weeks or whatever, all the fans who booked airlines and made plans,.......... bones is hated enough already, he could've been the white knight who saved the show but turns it down. i think he's not scared, i think it's more of "no way will i let this undeserving punk talk his way into a big money fight with me"
