Fish Disappearing in Tank. Not Sure of The Culprit

Finally got that Goby's ass out. As expected, the tank had to get drained by two feet and then my maintenance guy physically got on the tank, moved a few rocks, trapped him in and then netted him. Already traded him out for a few small flowerhorns and africans.
