I live in a country where all fish are considered sport fish, only for catch and release.
Especially all carp. Killing a carp after catching it could give you big trouble with other fishermen.
I would not enjoy catching a big fish if i could not return it into the water.
Only fish killed to eat over here is trout, and that's in ponds...

yep. as much as i dont like it, some states have finally began protecting gar for this reason. so it can be used as a game fish.
