yup, that's pretty much it. primarily food, secondarily re-stocking wild populations (although much less a factor than the primary goal), and to a lesser extent ornamental fish trade. either way they are good for relieving stress off wild populations. environmental impacts seem to be moderate as well--demjor19;1614828; said:i think they are primarily bred for food and stocking native waters.
