Many people don't shake the bottle enough, so they get no results... If shaken properly, liquid should be foamy & almost white. If it comes out clear, keep shakin!

Colton, please feel free to. I'll be done with this thread tonight or tomorrow based on past experiences. Add your results any time and remember pics or it didn't happen... oo sorry forgot to add that.. this 125 is just newly set up(on sunday) i added four established filters from my previous 100 which are 2 AC110 and 2 Eheim Pro II 2028, but out of my ignorance, i replaced the quilt batting in the two cansiters and took out the gunk. so my guess that it took some bb out. and i used completely new water for the tank, etc. so my tank is going through a mini cyclenc_nutcase;4088042; said:Without details of your begining situation very little will be gained...

Since you have ammoina, nitrite & nitrate all three already in the system, I have to assume this is an existing tank. Which makes me wonder why you are cycling a mature tank?... details mean everything...
