purchased as a Red Devil and I have every reason to believe she is pure - she looks almost identical to the pure RD I had several years ago, plus the when I asked for a Midas the vendors said they haven't seen a Midas in years

What vendors? Rapps and CoA both have Midas almost all the time. Unless we're not meaning the same thing about "Midas". Midas is A. Citrinellus, right?

no no , it was a LFS vendor I ordered from.....the store refuses to carry large aggressives, so they had to order everything I wanted from them - Jags, Texas, Red Devil, Green Terrors, etc
