Thanks for the compliments everyone; now it’s time for an update :)

I got my new driftwood in so I’m water logging it now.

The waterfall before any cuts, I hated to cut it down but I needed to so it would work with the new setup height.

After the height cut.

Depth and aquarium trim cut.

I used another rock to make a new extended base for the waterfall.

I am plumbing the 2 FX5’s the same way I plumbed my old build: http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?456390-FX5-Custom-plumbing-Start-to-finish
Only this time I am changing the way the intake tubes will be setup, now instead of searching for sprinkler parts I found that just using the internal male thread 3/4” tubing adapter with the 1/2” barbed end worked perfectly, it slides right into the intake tube and is sealed well by the rubber hose adapter.

The output works this way as well, you just have to cut off the barbs.

Setup with rock and plumbing in place, homemade spray bar pre-drill, pre-paint, pre-silicone and sand.

You’ve got to love backer rod.

Setup in place, GE silicone I covered in sand on all in tank joints.

New pleco house and additional rock for deco sitting in place. They will be silicone to slate or tile.

That’s it for this last weekend, now have to paint the plumbing and clean off the excess silicone and sand.
