likely won't find a spotted gar outside of wild populations...that and tropicals seem to be on the small end of the size continuum for captive gars.

should also note that croc gars would be too big for you if t-gars are considered too big (most croc I individuals are about 26-30" now, and the croc II is 25"+), just as a point of reference.--

Too big at the moment...
transitioning into a new job. In a few months gonna get some bigger tanks. just at the moment dont have the room 4 the big boys

oh and didnt know trops are on the smaller size for captive.
There is plenty of info on the wild max's of these fish but not alot on the captive max

i use ur site alot and it only lists wild max for that so i wast sure of the max size for captive. do u know were i can find the apporaximate max for captive specimens?
