OH NO! NOT AGAIN!! ahah WHAT'S IN THE BOX?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Hey! What's all this fuss about a $50 silver?

Over here, we pay minimum $350 for one that size! All the fuss would be the stampede to buy them at that price!

and also people, don't be rude and laugh at him and think it's strange he just got 1 little fish shipped to him etc.

Brazil is obviously not a big fishkeeping country, even though many fish come from there, most of them are captive bred in Asia or Florida etc

NOt everywhere is like America, with fish stores and tanks in abundance and generally good prices.

That's a good pickup, here in Spain I can't even get a captive bred silver in the whole country, no lie. They don't keep fish here.

Also even you Americans - would you not pay 50 dollars for a wild caught silver with minimal risk of dropeye?

That's right!

ultimatejay - you're saying you can get a 6 inch silver for 15 dollars?

Yeah, here in Cali, they are a dime a dozen. I don't know about a wild caught one though. Most people would not pay extra for a fish that looks the same. All that matters is that this guy who bought the aro-sorry I forgot your name- likes the fish no matter how much it costs. I wasn't laughing at him or mocking him I was just suprized on the price of the fish there as compared to here.

fair enough jay, I understand better because I moved from England, which is a decent fish keeping country to Spain which is awful. I'm not lying, there is nowhere in the whole country that sells even a silver aro. And a 55 gallon costs about 240 dollars, with nothign not even a light or heater or stand.

An adult drop-eye-less aro is gonna look different too ;)

hey guys, forget the problems, let's only think if we like mosnter fishes or not!!

Just to give you an example of what I mean so you know that I am not talking out of my arse. Look in the buy and sell right, there is a guy selling 12+" silvers for $25.00, less than 10 minutes from my house.
