and also people, don't be rude and laugh at him and think it's strange he just got 1 little fish shipped to him etc.
Brazil is obviously not a big fishkeeping country, even though many fish come from there, most of them are captive bred in Asia or Florida etc
NOt everywhere is like America, with fish stores and tanks in abundance and generally good prices.
That's a good pickup, here in Spain I can't even get a captive bred silver in the whole country, no lie. They don't keep fish here.
Also even you Americans - would you not pay 50 dollars for a wild caught silver with minimal risk of dropeye?
agreed completelyid pay 50 anyday for a wild caught and id pay shipping

ultimatejay - you're saying you can get a 6 inch silver for 15 dollars?
fair enough jay, I understand better because I moved from England, which is a decent fish keeping country to Spain which is awful. I'm not lying, there is nowhere in the whole country that sells even a silver aro. And a 55 gallon costs about 240 dollars, with nothign not even a light or heater or stand.
An adult drop-eye-less aro is gonna look different too![]()
it just costs about 45 dollars (it's a good price for controlled fishes here)! and the shipping costs less than 5 dollars!!
