Yep, You should see the way I cook for myself. If I have a great cut of beef I just chill it until firm then slice very thin and dip it in horseradish sauce.

I take an hour to grill a steak. I stand next to the grill with a Corona and turn those bad boys every 5 minutes, always on low. They turn out juicy, medium, and delicious. Going to grill some chops tonight!

Several names depending on where you are, it is usually called carpaccio, sometimes sliced beef tartare, you can use several dips such as oil and peppered vinegar. The larger pic is from a resteraunt called Tango's

So it's all chewy and tough and takes you a minute or 2 per mouthful? :D

Not all meat cuts are the same. Some need better teeth or dentures more than others and chewing food is good for your health......:ROFL:
