Fly river turtles are great too!!!
But you should only keep one of them in the same tank with the arowana... cos' they're aggressive against their own kind.

Trust me they look awesome and are a joy to keep!
plus it adds variety to the tank....

They're recommended tankmates.
And mine has had absolutely no problems with my silver arowana at all

So can parasites, but that doesn't mean it's healthy for the arowana!!!
