What is your policy on tipping wait staff?

I like you low & non-tippers. It really makes me look like such a gentleman & makes my service that much better when I go out to eat.

here's my question piscine, how can the non tippers and low tippers get bad service when the server doesn't know what kind of tip they're going to get until after it's too late? i'd imagine low and no tippers don't go out to eat often and sure as heck don't frequent the same place

For all i know, i may be prejudged and given bad service and have every right to low tip in the first place. i'm suppose to get a worthy reputation with said server before i get good service?

Haha booo. You said when filling out applications, not EEOC survey :P

lmao I said EEOC....I only said application to keep it layman, because the survey is usually filled out at the same time as an application. lol

Good point. Unless you're a regular, there's no way of knowing. If you experience bad service, then you had a crappy server, and they deserve a crappy tip.

I should also say that when I'm paying a tab on the Company's dime, I tip 20-30%. I have no problem spending other people's money :D
