Lovely ray! That hook is scary, I do not think hooks really dissolve, just makes fisherman feel better IMO

I used to catch fish with rusty hooks sticking out of them.

Ever seen a 60-80 cm white spotted scobina before??

I've not seen a scobina with so much dark black markings on it also.and i don't think scobina develop into something completely different when larger.i think the way they look when their small maybe close to what they will look like when fully grown maybe a bit different but nothing close to the way these guys change.
The size is a dead give away

heres some better photos i was getting last night with my iphone camera.shes starting to color up even more now the stress is going! i have never seen her this instense yet this was the first time last night. i did for a while think that some of the old photos of her were edited or enhanced but they were not. my iphone camera is crap i cannot pickup the true buity of this ray with it.i did take about 120 photos last night and these 3 turned out the best. enjoy
