TENECOR OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Well, there goes my warranty :(

Glad to read through these Tenecor threads and find out about some other quality acrylic tank builders.

Good riddance!!! their recent tank quality is garbage compare to my first tenecor. their post sale customer service is literary none... i will write my experience soon. but in 3 words... "exploding 600 gallon"

Yeah, I think I might say that too if I had an "exploding" 600 gal.

If any one cares ATF posted this
Dear friends, family, fans, and clients.

One of our competitors (TENECOR) recently shut down their operations.

If you or someone you know had a project that was left unfinished or they left you high and dry,
...
Call Wayde or Brett.

The boys are going then extra mile for the people who were affected by this event.

Thank you for your time

You mean ATM?...I saw that post on facebook also. Good to see ATM is helping out those who ordered crappy products from Tenecor

i heard good things about ATM and so i emailed them after getting my broken tenecor tank. i also emailed a few other manufactueres. Titan, Midwest and ATM. Titan and Midwest were the only 2 that responded to my email. Both also called me after emailing me a quote. I went with Titan because a good friend of mine knows the 2 head guys for that company. ATM did not respond to my email, even until now. maybe they were just too busy to assist at that time.

all i can say is after dealing and ordering my new 315 gallon with Titan Aquatic, im amazed by their top notch customer service. titan kept me up to date with every step of the tank building process. they were very patient with my own custom work such as hole in the handles, 3 small holes for airline in the back of the tank etc. pictures were also sent to show me the build process and best of all, quality meets the price!!! they are a newer company with a lot to prove!!! i highly recommend these guys.

heres 2 pictures of the final product. before shipping and after they crated the tank. you can see that they put in a lot of work for packaging/shipping the tank from phoenix to vancouver canada. the last (3rd) picture shows how tenecor packed the 315 gallon that i ordered from them. look at the difference between a company that exceeds expectation and one that gets by doing the least work possible! lol it clearly shows.

You'll be fine Tyler...Let's put it this way....Even if they were still in business, I doubt they would have honored any warranties lol.

hahah touche.

wow, tenecor made all the tanks at the monterey bay aquarium, weired to hear they went south, but a friend of mine recently, maybe a month ago got a quote for a 10' bullnose tank, tenecor siad 14k 6 k in material, client said no and called ATM, Atm quoted 6K for the tank.....go figure.... i think ATM is killing the market too! they have the best buisness card, called tanked!

glad to hear of these new and up comming acrylic makers, just need to lower the price of oil to make acrylic cheaper!!

that titan is a beauty! black bottom? nice!! after seeing a tank from them id pay the money for a tank like that!
