1. you must sent the tank back at your expense...
2. if they chose to replace the tank... you have to pay the shipping for the replacement tank also....

So first you ship the tank at your expense (let's say $500 depending on where you are) and THEN they will decide if they will replace it or not ? ...that makes total sense LOL
Can someone clear something up for me? Is there any connection I need to concern myself with that Tenecor is connected to Titan now? It's been running thru the grapevine, I don't want to start anything, but I don't want to get stuck with a bad tank. I know I could go with another company but that wasn't the point.
