I never pre-sell, I don't sell what I don't have, only once in my hand and ready to go will you see my posts. I do not take deposits. Reason for this is because sometimes fish come in poorly or dead and I'll have to refund people. It would be spending money that is not mine and trying to broker fish and make a buck. Once they're in my tank, treated and stable, I can mark them up for what I feel like it with a good conscience, since I've spent time, money, blood and sweat and I'm charging for all of the above to get you the goods.
I think from now on, I will start running a customer loyalty program, as customers take good care of their fish, and post pictures under my threads updating the pictures I'll give them preferential treatments and discounts on their future orders. After all, seeing updates will reinforce in my mind who these loyal customers are and the progress of their fish!

i totally understand and agree. at the same time i feel you have to give some new people a shot at giving these beautiful fish a chance to own and understand them as well. i know not all people are qualify to own certain fish out there, but we are not here to judge. all im saying is there are alot of loyal people who i know will treat these fish with the up most respect but at the same time there are newbs out there who need a chance as well!!! thanks again cant wait to see what you bring in next!!!! the only cichla i truly want to own is an intermedia. thats my dream fish!!!
