Help with air in tank!!!

Ok about the cycled part what i did i cycled ALOT of bio media for this tank like about a lil over a month in advance from another tank that been running for more then 6 months...... I tested water yesterday everything was perfect.... I am testing water RIGHT NOW.......

Do I understand it right, that you put in seasoned media from a cycled tank, into this new tank, a month before you put stock into this tank?

Thats what it's looking like. Tank looks uncycled. There is .50 PPM ammonia and 0 PPM nitrates. It looks like all the biomedia died while it was waiting to be fed.
 
You don't need to use an air pump when you have a power head !!! Just install the air line and if it's too noisy, they sell a filter that you can add to the end of the air line and run it under the stand so you don't hear it sucking air. Plus it will save you some electricity from having to run the air pump.
 
As mentioned, you don't need an airstone or airline. Bubbles don't do anything for the tank until they rise to the top and break at the surface. If you have sufficient surface agitation from your FX5 outputs, you are fine on oxygen.

No i cycled the media in another tank with stock..... Then when i filled my 300 i heated it to temp n then added the cycled media let run for an hour... Then added my stock....
