Following someone is not a confrontation or illegal. It is not a green light to break someone's nose. This trial is ALL ABOUT who confronted who. To say that Zimmerman confronted Martin is an unfair assumption based on nothing.

Good point but I think the whole self defense cover went out the window when Z got out of his vehicle.

Fortunately that is not the case in the great state of Florida. Zimmerman had every right to confront Martin besides we dont know yet if Zimmerman even actually confronted Martin in the first place because according to Z, M came up from behind him while he was walking back to his vehicle.
