DIY Potho lid and lighting

Cool, might have to try this. Have some pothos on a shelf above my aquarium that I keep forgetting to water anyway.
It looks great. I run a similar setup on my cariba tank. I just cut the eggcrate to sit in the rim of the tank like a glass lid would, and have a couple strips of eggcrate zip tied across to prevent sagging. Also I have a 4' shoplight suspended over the tank. It lights the tank, grows the pothos, and adds a dark area for the cariba.
Nice, that about what I did. Mine are suspended a little into the water though. You have pics?
I will get some when I get home from work. It has worked great so far, 2+months. I am a little worried about the eggcrate getting brittle with time but we will see.
