Gymnogeophagus, many different types from CA, I like Yerbolitos, some types depending on collection area can be very rare.

Thanks for the idea of Gymno's, I'm just crious about the cool down period some of them require? is this difficult to do?
 
Nano's, panamensis, myrnae, hrp's, centrarchus. The centrarchus get a touch large but pairs tend to be very compatable so they still could work.
 
Cryptoheros nanoluteus is exactly what I am looking for, granted they similar to HRP's and Cons - yet they are very different. although, some places say they're difficult to keep? any input? I found a picture of a river in panama, which inspired me, so I think a panamese biotope is on the cards. now, to locate the nano's

Nano's are rarely available. Last time I saw them was on wetspots list on aquabid. There were panamensis and myrnae available on aquabid last time I looked.

My problem is being from the UK they even more so rarely available. I have a resource which has one Nano, and is looking to get more, so we'll see. Thanks though everyone :D

edit:
altoflavus are similar to the Nano's can anyone explain the difference?
