Why does Puff Daddys son need a scholarship??

i dont believe any of this 'merit' bs.
It IS ridiculous, this kid does not need a scholarship and he really is taking away from someone else who would of also qualified for the scholarship. Also you know his instructors are giving him passing grades based on his father and the fact that he plays sports. we like to think people are objective and not bias but they are no matter how hard they try not to be.

exactly, whats more of and incentive to get pdiddys' son to play on your school's football team than to hook him up with free tuition.

That isn't the players' fault. Their paycheck essentially comes from the people who enjoy watching them play; it's no different from how musicians get their money, but you don't hear people complaining about how much money Lady Gaga makes, nor do you hear people complaining about music scholarships.

its the bread and games philosophy that takes over more and more. deluded people ask no questions. The show must go on.

Just because you are not interested in it, it does not mean it's worthless. Did you read what I wrote? It GENERATES INCOME for the school...i.e. the new constructions you see in universities are often built with football money.

His GPA was higher than the number you say he can't count to. You might want to spend some time in front of a mirror.
