As long as you're still in tropical temps, you're alright. on my thermometer, tropical is 70-80 deg Farenheit, the corresponds with 22-27 deg C. Although, due to the temps here, my piranha was frequently sitting in 96 degree water, which is close to 30. I upped my water changes, spaced feeding, made sure the air pump was on. Pacman will be just fine.

Good good well like i said the tank always stays at around 24, think i read a thread about your issue called hotter than hades???

Yup. I started leaving the filter and hood open to let heat escape. I'm sure in the wild there are higher spikes in temp than this, so I'm sure they're capable of handling the occasional heat wave.

Think the temp can reach around 31degrees in the river so they should be ok :)

that canister looks to be "sunsun" filter you can find in the US, personally I would search reviews online to see what who had/have experience with the filter would say about it.
Here's a review I found on an other website, read about it (read the whole thread I would suggest as sometimes initial review is great but later there maybe some issues with the product which will be stated in other pages)
