Well hello everyone , glad a member notified me of this thread .. First of all I did not scam you .. My wife and I boxed it up and the cardboard boxes were to stabilize the tank etc and the regulator was in bubble wrap inside a box .. I went out in The hurricane and shipped it 15.00 to ship a box of trash , priority was 35.00 and next day air was 78.00 so I went with the cheaper hence the weight and location .. If I really wanted to scam u for 68.00, I would of sent u a empty envelope .. Your flaming me on here and you could be the so called scammer.. %98 of The world does not know what a protein skimmer is and if they opened it up they would think must be a little person scuba diving kit. Listen people I sent what I sold plain and simple .. 15.00 for a box of trash really ??? The tank and reg was heavy , "buyer" knows weight and held box from mail man .. Should of refused.. If you shipped the same box back to me with only trash .. It wouldn't be 15.00.. Your video , anybody can open a package , remove the product , seal it then video .. Im sorry if you didn't actually recieve it .. But I shipped out what you paid for ..

A gift option "or" 4 % i Did not push gift option .. And if I wanted to scam , I wouldn't of accepted his pay pal money only gift option ... There are 2 sides to a story and I wish I would known about this thread earlier .. I'm a father with 2 kids and just been through 2 hellacious nor'easters and I shipped the product not trash .. The moment he texted me about me scamming him I called pay pal right away and filed a claim .. I've been scammed before and not going through it again ..

When you sell something it is the sellers responsibility to see that the goods are delivered. If the seller believes the contents of the package were stolen, he should file a theft of mail report with the post office.
I already did that .. They are looking into it etc .. To see if it was opened along the way
