Well to confirm I shipped out a regulator and tank with boxes, bubble wrap etc to stabilize it .. Post master general did research to confirm weight was not trash ..He printed me out this 12.4 LBS.. What I saw in video was was wheaties box , coors light box , 2 small cardboard boxes and some bubble wrap .. USPS accepted my package at 12 LBS 4 .OZ..

Honestly, box was taped nicely...did not look like it was tampered with...After work today, I am going back to the USPS post office and will have the USPS guy write a statement...I receievd it.. 4:58... by the time I opened the box... the post office was closed.... and, yes I did agree to a protein skimmer box... I mentioned that before on an earlier thread..(you couldve atleast turn it inside out... use some of your duct tape to tape the seams, and then send it out)...and honestly, What got to me was over the phone, you denied all other possibility of anything else happening... your words was pointing at me scamming you...trust me I tried calling three to four times after you hung up...with your phone either turn off...or being sent straight to voice mail...either way the last words I heard from you was.... "Look, I been scammed before, and I know what you're doing... You can contact paypal, etc.." and thats the last of it....and the reason why I didnt believe it was USPS employee theft was because the box was taped too nice...When I tried opening up the box...it actually ripped some of the box off...so no way someone could of took that out...and retapped it that darn nice....and if they did...it had to be from the bottom of the box... but the bottom of the box has too old of a tape for it to be stolen from the bottom... either way..No regulator or cylinder was received.
 
My phone did die and I was dealing with the damage from hurricane so I wasnt happy ..I do apology if I came across that way ..USPS can print u what they gave me . Customer service is a joke and say they find any documentation with The actual weight .. So I went to my local PO and he dug And dug .. Having my credit card number on file helped that I paid the shipping with helped . Bro on my kids lives and I don't do that .. I gave them a 12.4 lb box that had what we discussed .. If I shipped just trash you would be seeing 1-2 lbs shipping weight if that ..

Trust me... if I had those information you printed I would of atleast know what to look out for or expect...I dont know how many times I had to ask you for tracking for you to actually send me a tracking number...and when you did, it with a new email with tracking, not a forward email like I requested.....I received the tracking number only after problems occur.....and trust me...I'll go to USPS and talk to the guy...and he have him write a statement on how heavy the box was that he handed me... sure was not that 12.4 lbs... all I can say is... you lack tons of communication if you really did shipped it out, tracking was not provided until problems arises, first time I saw the actual weight is on your post above, and you even blammed me for not asking you to provide insurance when ads state 65.00 shipped...meaning you are responsible for the item getting to me in a safe matter..., you lie in conversations like how you supposedly called them and I signed for it etc........like how you even shipped out TV, Electronics, and Guns (electronics I believe, the rest I dont, because in an earlier thread you said you didnt realise how much it would cost.....now someone who does that much shipping can usually guestimate how much shipping will run you), I just dont know what to do....Money isnt even the matter here anymore...its whether you;re lying or not...and if not...where did the item go if it was shipped, and if it was shipped, how could someone do such an awesome job at taping the box back together so well...to the point where I literally had to struggle to get that box open....well have to go see what the USPS guy say later on tonight..
 
What I've shipped out before has nothing to do with now .. Yes when you worked at a FFL and ship guns out that has the make and model of guns on .. All I was stating is that I've shipped things that have what it clearly is on the box , tv box eith a tv inside ..i was simply replying to your "why did u ship in a protein skimmer box ".. I didn't lie to you , was told you accepted from a post man that you had to sign for it etc , that's what customer service told me .. I sent you pics of the tracking number right away and emailed you when asked . Your trying to make me look bad when I shipped out a 12 lb 4 oz box that I have proof now in my hands ..

12.4lbs is more then the weight of 2 1 gallon milk jugs

Also that picture with the weight looks a little shady to me

And your phone somehow died right in the middle of the convo?

You didn't provide tracking # at first

Too many variables are against you, while its none of my business, this is posted on a public forum, I have to say I believe the op, and I personally wouldnt do business with you.


Just refund the op's money and he will sent th back what you sent him.... Easy

F-1 personally i really could care less what you think About the situation .The post office gave it to me if you think its shady or not ..He can also get same info on paper at his local post office and I sent him the tracking number numerous times.. REMEMBER I WAS IN A HURRICANE, NO POWER , CELL PHONE SERVICE ..I shipped it on 10-29 and then On 10-31 I had some cell service and texted him the tracking number .. I did email him also. I have said all I can say in the matter and provided information that shows weight , times etc . You can all bash me , I did not nothing wrong but ship the tank out . If someone stole it in between destinations , it's not my fault nor the buyer..
