Here's my 40" led setup, complete with pioneer vsx 140x5 amp, jbl sub and Boston fronts, center and rears. Too bad xbox doesn't have blueray but the quality is still awesome! I take my F1 serious.

Are you going to have light directly hitting the tv?? Cause if so your going to have a nightmare with a plasma... But if not or you have a dark room the plasma is the best!!! Hands down no LCD or LED can come close to the natural color and the refresh rate of them. Unless you buy the $7499 elite led which is full back lit.. Which the other leds are edge lit. Which gives you ghosting.

Actually no, 4320p is the highest definition, but tell me in America what cable provider has that? lol

Hand down? You do realize their both 1080p right? These tvs are very closely matched with performance. And I have 0 ghosting even when I play non hd movies.

Thanks all for sharing your knowledge. I learned a lot on this thread. We are on a budget . We checked the Sharp and Samsung displays, what a difference! But we couldn't afford it so we settled for a 55" LG LED. Pics coming when I'm done setting it up. Nice setup guys.
