17th season maxx. But u gotta kinda be a fight nerd to know that.

Krich there's a lot of hype around the guy Hall. He's the favor to win but we won't know. I actually see a lot of holes in his game, but what do I know.

Man, when that kick landed and the dude fell and was asleep with his eyes open, the whole gym went silent for minutes and all u can hear was the ko'd guy's labored breathing. It was kinda scary.

Dana nailed it, it's one of those things u wanna celebrate but at the same time, all u can think about was the guys well being
 
I haven't been watching it since I don't have many channels anymore. I was also to the point where I'd pretty much just FFWD until the fight. I might watch the episodes on hulu.
 
I stopped watching TUF a few years ago, but I've heard good things about this season so I'll check it.

Tyrone Spong got signed to Bellator, which is awesome.
Pettis is fighting Aldo at 145lbs for the belt. Should be a good fight, I don't know who to pick. Kind of leaning towards Pettis, but it's tough to call.
 
well, pettis has the size advantage. I like both guys, but I give a slight edge to pettis for size. I was a bit confused about this matchup as there is zombie and ricardo llamas who just finished Erik Koch whom was considered #2/#3 in that division. he was slated to face jose aldo a while ago but because of injuries on two occasions the fight got scratched. i'm not liking the ufc championship matchups lately giving title shots to people who haven't earned them. either way it will be an awesome stand up fight. both guys prefer to stand up and neither one will be too worried about take downs so they are gonna let loose. fire works for sure.

that's good to hear about spong signing with bellator. it's a good place to be to build his career. but I hear he's fighting remy bonjasky in a kickboxing match. not sure if it's k1 or what.

this season looks promising, I recommend you guys tune in. i'm starting to sound like I work for zuffa but i'm just an mma fan that's excited that's all.

i'm really anticipating barao vs macdonald next weekend. I really like both guys so i'm not rooting for either guy. macdonald has some heavy hands for a bantamweight. and at that size they have speed. barao is on like a 50 fight win streak with sick jits and spectacular stand up
 
That's another tough one to call, but I'm going with Barao. MacDonald has surprised me before though. Should be a good scrap.

yea, slight edge to barao for experience. but mac is quick and is very capable of landing a crushing blow. advantage on the ground def goes to barao though. i'm super stoked

Ya, that was brutal. Nurmagomedov may be a future champ though.

I just checked and the Spong vs Bojansky fight is on a Glory card. Poor Remy, he must be broke to take this fight. He retired a few years ago, but came back last year. He's still a good fighter, but not what he was...
