Im using a magnetic algae scrubber. Size small. I have a bigger size one thats a little stronger maybe i could try that. Its those double sided magnets. You put em on both sides of the glass and control it from the exterior. I believe its the zoo med brand but unsure.

Whatever you do, don't do anything that multiple people suggest after you ask them for help..... Razor blade. Just sayin. Again.

The skimmer was not purchased from marinedepot or drfoster&smith. My dad bought it from this old outdated sketchy website. They even have the aquaclear 110 still labeled as the aquaclear 500.

I had the same one and It won't work, USE THE RAZOR BLADE

One that you would buy at the hardware store...one that goes in a razor knife. if your tank is acrylic dont use one. It'll scratch the piss outta your tank.
