New direction with severums and maybe more

Beautiful fish. Another example of not being able to go wrong a Jeff Rapps fish. :)

Never heard of that variety before. Color morph or different species? I am going to assume color morph, but correct me if I'm wrong.

I believe that river is a tributary of the Rio Tapajos which are the more commonly known Severum from that region. These must just have a little variance from those. There is a lot more red on the face than the picture shows. I see the similarity to the Rio Tapajos.
 
Great severums guys.. after seeing all the great pics I convinced myself to call my lfs back.. I was to late though.. spotted is out of stock from the supplier now. So I guess I will just pick up my red tuesday and keep an eye out! Will update with a pic tuesday
