Jardini community trial questions

What does it take to keep a jardini with other fish? This will be my first Jardini, Im buying it at 5inches and will be adding 2-3 brycons with it. Brycons are fast, eat anything, grow fast, and are damn near bullet proof so I think they'll make good dithers. Im gonna keep them in a 75g, then to my 180g.
With this being my first Jardini Im looking for any insight or advice from people with experience with these guys.

I had mine from 8" and as soon as it hit 11-12" it started nipping fins. I got rid of him because of all the negative things I've heard about them with tankmates

From what I've heard and seen yes. I also noticed that he didn't go after my bigger fish, only the smaller ones

Oh ok, thats why Im going with brycons...they grow extra fast and they can hold their own...but we'll see.

Yea I would think brycons would be fine. I had it in with Datnoids and a catfish. A little slower moving

Just be prepared to lose fish you house with it. My old jar killed a monoculus the same length as it as well as a slightly smaller adonis pleco. It was fine till around 7-8", then went postal
