The cutthroat was caught at pyramid lake, nv. The other was a small desert river in CA.

spent 7 hours on my custom rod build today... got the handle assembly finished the guides and hook keeper wrapped on the tip put in place and the first coat of finish loaded up. absolutely can't wait to use this thing

baitcaster, 7' all purpose but mostly for squarebills and rattletraps. Baltimore Ravens themed! Have a decal left to add and the purple cosmetic wraps to go over the gold eye and accent wraps

Looks like a nice rod NC. Also sounds like a cool project. That thing will also make each catch that much more special. Did you buy a blank rod and add to it?

Yep blank is an MHX MB842 from mudhole's website, great feeling blank for sure!
