I'm using the term surgery loosely, this was an elective surgery, no doctor. Trained individuals and correct practices, I knew there would be bruising, but It's black! I just figured there's probably some home remedies out there I don't know about.

Im no dr. Just a very accident prone person and a mom. But solid black does not sound good. You should see other colors, blue, purple, green, yellow. Elective surgery requires professional advice for remedies.

it's a common remedy, but you'd have to call & ask. get only oral, it's best.
with creme, you'd have to be extremely careful & not get in cut.

Im not too concerned, im within 24 hours and there was a lot of trauma under the skin with a lot of pressure for long periods of time, i reached out to parties involved and they said this isn't uncommon for this type of procdedure, however they're remedy was staying in a bed for a few days when they went through this, and i can't do that. i get bored easy and just want to do daily activities. arnica montana sounds good so far i think im going to head out and track some down.

Then add in a normal game ticket price of 52 and that get expensive, especially for a mediocre team. Don't follow Marlins either so couldn't care less about that team and it's stadium. Only baseball I will watch is an occasional little league game.

Mediocre? The rays have one of the best clubs in the league! Great home grown talent. They'd be even better if they got them out of Florida where fans would support them and they'd be able to keep more of their young studs instead of letting them walk. Bj Upton. Carl Crawford. All the pitchers who've walked. Real shame

The cubs havent won a world series in 110 plus years and the rays are new and constantly in contention.....and the locals don't care. Think the cub fans would trade positions?

i got some arnica 30c pellets, it says take 5 pellets at a time but not how many times daily, every four hours seems like a safe bet i guess, right?
