I wish I could help you with that. I'm an pretty good cook . I do the cooking here at our house. My Fiancee makes 5X what I do so I have to bring something to the table.

i got some arnica 30c pellets, it says take 5 pellets at a time but not how many times daily, every four hours seems like a safe bet i guess, right?
it should have a minimum x per day, and an "up to" or how many hours apart. I'd say at least 3x per day with that bad bruising. and sublingual. so, absorbs better with 30 mins no eating & drinking before or after.
different strengths may have diff directions. there's no harm in taking more, but no point in wasting it..

Dude, Doug....... You really need to start eating better. I really worry about you.
Trust me, when you get older and your metabolism slows down, you will wish that you had.

That's exactly what I'm saying. It keeps getting brushed off as a joke but I'm legit concerned about where your health is heading Doug. Wish you put as much effort into yourself as you do your fish

az, you're not supposed to take certain things a week prior to surgery. things that thin blood cause more bleeding, no anti-inflammatories - aspirin, advil, aleeve, Vit E, C I think. can't remember them all right now. if you did, it probably worsened your bruising.

arnica works pretty good. if you keep using it, once the bruise starts diminishing it'll pick up speed daily.
