A bit old school, but I like Clout. Always worked for me when other stuff didn't.

what's clout? I searched the definition of it and it means "a heavy blow with a hard object." :O
Search Clout Fish Medication and links will appear. Is an old standby parasite med that has been around for I know 30 yrs and is good for parasites such as flukes.
It's for external use. i'm trying to get rid of internal intestinal parasites and such.
How about telling us the sypmtoms? Or have you seen anything specific? There are various parasite. And Clout can treat internal as well as external. But really depends on what you are dealing with. Pictures of the affected fish?

Clout used to contain metronidazole which it no longer does. A lot of Tropheus keepers such as me used to keep it on hand because of the metro in it was good for bloat, an internal condition that Tropheus are susceptible to. Now we keep pure Metronidazole or something with it as an ingredient.
