Picked up Koi today....

It's hard to tell on my phone but that shusui has great symmetry on both sides. If it does that's a nice high quality fish you've got there.

Well, according to the koi forums, what I have is some LOW QUALITY fish lol. They aren't very friendly on a few of the koi forums lol. I'm going to get some better pics of the shusui this afternoon...I think it's a beautiful fish.
No, I had to go to DC with my wife so I could'nt. I may try thurs/fri or sometime this weekend because she still has them.
Here are some pictures I just took of the 2 biggest koi and I measured them. The white one is about 21.5 inches and the orange/black one is a little over 22".
There is a difference between being friendly and being honest. When you post photos of koi on koi forums the critiques can be harsh. Some of the forum members spend thousands of dollars on a koi. Accept the fact that you have some nice pond grade koi at a steal of a price. Don't worry what others think of your fish. What matters is that you like them. Enjoy the koi!
