He will probably end up at a EBD rescue. I doubt they are knowledgeable or disciplined enough to change a behavior that their home dynamics produced.

go back & read my edited reply.They had told me that they had already looked at rescue groups to give him too, I'll be watching them to see if he shows up in any of them. If he does I'll have a few not so nice things to say to them. I kinda feel bad for thinking this, but since they were getting rid of him for nipping at their daughter part of me wants him to do it again so I can hopefully get him. Since I don't have kids him not getting along with them would be a non-issue. But mostly I'm kicking myself for just not taking him home with me last night, but I didn't want his first day to be spent all alone in his crate.
